⚪︎The latest installment in the popular "SALT... meets ISLAND CAFE" compilation series, themed "the ocean" and supervised by the beach lifestyle magazine/media outlet "SALT...", is "DEEP BLUE," its first ambient music compilation. With "the deep, quiet blue of the ocean" as its theme, this album offers soothing music that modern lifestyles demand, including chillout, Balearic, meditation, and healing tracks.

⚪︎Ten artists, highly trusted by discerning listeners in the ambient, chillout, Balearic, and surf music scenes, created original new ambient tracks under the theme "DEEP BLUE." From artists active since the 90s to cutting-edge trackmakers, a splendid "ocean"-themed ambient album has been completed.

⚪︎Mastering was handled by the ambient/Balearic prodigy Calm, who also contributed music to the album. He has crafted a perfect soundscape.

⚪︎The artwork features artistic photographs by Pedro Gomes, a surfing photographer from Brazil based in Japan. Masato Maekawa (tAnkers inc.), a designer who works on a wide range of products from apparel to outdoor gear, created a design that expresses a sublime world under the supervision of "SALT...".
