○Gota Nishidera (NONA REEVES)'s "Human" is a cover album full of humanity that delves into deep City Pop = Kayokyoku/New Music of the 80s and 90s.

Following his 2023 solo cover album "Sunset Rain," this 7-inch single is from an album meticulously curated once again. It features the coupling of "Atsuki Kokoro ni," a famous song that captivated Japan in 1985 when sung by Akira Kobayashi, and "Ringo no Mori no Konekotachi," the ending theme from the 1983 NHK anime "Spoon Oba-san," sung by Mari Iijima.

○"Atsuki Kokoro ni" is a masterpiece written by Yu Aku and composed by Eiichi Ohtaki, two prominent figures in Japanese kayokyoku and pop music, and has been sung across the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras, and will continue to be sung by future generations.

This passionate cover, symbolic of the album, came about when Gota Nishidera, on a solo tour in Taiwan, happened to participate in a local karaoke competition, sang the song, and received much applause, leading him to record it!

○"Ringo no Mori no Konekotachi" is a work by the golden duo of the kayokyoku world, lyrics by Takashi Matsumoto and music by Kyohei Tsutsumi. It was the ending theme for the NHK anime "Spoon Oba-san," sung by Mari Iijima, and was a familiar tune to children of that era.
This cover expresses respect for the original, about which Gota Nishidera also shared his thoughts in his book "J-POP Marukajiri."

○"Atsuki Kokoro ni" was featured as a series of commercial songs for AGF coffee "Maxim" in 1985. The visual for this release, created by Keita Fukumi, producer of Gota Nishidera's YouTube channel, pays homage to the world of those commercials, with a design that captures their atmosphere.
