Music for yoga supervised by "Yogini," a magazine that is a leading opinion leader in the yoga world. Ten popular yoga instructors have selected the ultimate yoga music on the theme of "Oneness" (being one in harmony) in one album! aya, Hideki Inoue, Go Sato, Yuya Sarashina, Sayaka Shibuki, TAMAO, Dake Ayana, Kengo Nomura, Mahiro, and Kazuya Yanagimoto have selected music suited to three different situations: breathing techniques, asana (yoga poses), and meditation. The booklet also includes the ten instructors' thoughts on the music! Based on the concept of "comfortable listening as yoga music," the album includes a total of 10 tracks, ranging from up-tempo sounds to ambient acoustic sounds and chill-out music!
