The first collaboration between OKAMOTO'S guitarist, Kouki Okamoto, and GOOD BYE APRIL vocalist, Sho Kurashina has been realized! The first song by the two, "Hiki ni Narenai ~Wave of Love~", will be released digitally and on a 7-inch record on Wednesday, April 30th!

The two, who had been friends for a long time, collaborated on a song written for the latest CD "Sea of ​​Love 2" of the compilation album "SALT... meets ISLAND CAFE" with a theme of "sea". Sho Kurashina, who participated in the previous work of the series as GOOD BYE APRIL with the original song "Highway Cosonuts", suggested to Kouki Okamoto that he participate in this new compilation, and the dream collaboration became a reality!
The collaborative song "I Can't Hate You ~Wave of Love~" was written, arranged, and performed by the duo. This love song, with a surf rock sound, has a catchy beat and guitar that pays homage to the surf rock of the past, resulting in a straightforward and refreshing finish!

The jacket is an artistic surf photo by surf photographer Pak Oksun that seems to capture the world of the song.
This single is from the surf music compilation "SALT... meets ISLAND CAFE -Sea of ​​Love 2-," supervised by the new magazine "SALT...," which proposes new values ​​in beach lifestyle and surf culture!
